Currency Exchange Services and Fees

I think that a person needs to evaluate the currency exchange service that they use based on the number of times that they require their services. I know of some great exchange brokers who provide phenomenal service but require extra fees when a specific dollar amount is not met. On the other hand, there are some individuals and small businesses that only require currency exchange services once in a while so the extra fees involved might not be such a big deal.
